1.0 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
SAMEER invites Indian companies to submit their “Expression of Interest (EoI)” for
Know How transfer of 6 MeV Medical Linac System leading to Transfer of Technology.
The EoI is to be submitted on the letter head of the company along with all the
information as per format given in Annexure ‘A’.
1.1 The industries will be shortlisted based on the information furnished as per
Annexure – A and assessment of the manufacturing facilities, sales &
marketing, service & maintenance network, financial capability and
general company profile by the experts’ committee and or any other
criterion SAMEER deems fit.
1.2 Expression of Interest should clearly spell out the extent of interest as per
the scope of work.
1.3 The submission of the EOI shall include all such documents that are
specified herein to prove the authenticity of the bidder’s offer and any
claim made therein. The burden of proving such claims shall lie with the
bidder.
1.4 All cost and expenses associated with submission of an EOI shall be borne
by the company / bidder while submitting the EOI and SAMEER shall
have no liability, in any manner in this regard, or if it decides to withdraw,
rescind or terminate the process of short listing for any reason whatsoever.
2.0 INSTRUCTIONS TO THE BIDDERS
Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering & Research - (SAMEER herein
after referred as ‘Authority’) invites applications for the purpose of “Know how Transfer
of 6 MeV Medical Linear Accelerator leading to Technology Transfer” from Indian
industries.
2.1 The information to be furnished for Expression of Interest is given in Annexure –A.
Interested parties are required to submit the complete EOI along with Annexure-A
duly filled in with all relevant supporting documents.
2.2 A Pre-bid meeting of all the Bidders will be convened on 15th March 2023 .
The purpose of this meeting will be to clarify the requirements as envisaged by the
Authority and also to address the queries if any.
2.3 The EOI’s submitted should be sealed properly and marked “EOI for Medical
Linac” so as to reach the following address on or before 11th April 2023
