Description - Description: The design competition will determine the winner of the competition and a procurement contract will be concluded with him/her based on the design he/she proposed and on the basis of Section 49, Subsection 6 of the RHS, on the basis of wh ich the new school building of Kohtla-Järve Järve School will be designed.The author(s) of the design submitted in the competition owns the personal and proprietary copyrights of the design, as well as the ownership of the designs, in accordance with the current Copyright Act. The ownership of the designs awarded and/or rewarded with an incentive prize, as well as the proprietary copyrights (except for the right to perform) will be transferred
