Description - Description: The procurement concerns a regional access right for the routes specified in Annex 4 of the Kokkola urban transport call for tendersA regional access right refers to a concession agreement in accordance with the Regulation of the Europea n Parliament and of the Council on public passenger transport services by rail and road (1370/2007) and the Transport Services Act (320/2007), which is drawn up for the management of transport services.
