Description - Description: BeGreen has decided to close this qualification system established according to Council Directive 2014/25/EU of 26 February 2014 (the “Utilities Directive”). The requirements set for this qualification system were too restrictive for BeGreen to get enough applicants to ensure sufficient competition for future tenders. Thus, BeGreen intends to rework the requirements and re-establish the qualification system.
