Description - The purpose of this contract is the implementation of topographical services necessary for the studies, construction and management of works in the municipality of Biscarrosse as well as the exercise of land missions and the examination of land use a uthorizations. The consultation will lead to the conclusion of a framework agreement executed as the purchase order is issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the code of public order.
