Description - This contract is awarded for the implementation of land and topographical services for the needs of the municipality of Biscarrosse. The consultation was carried out in 2 separate batches. Each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-award cont ract. It will take the form of a framework agreement executed as the purchase order is issued as provided for in articles L.2125-1-1, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial execution period of one (1) year from 01/01/2024. It is renewable by tacit agreement and for periods of twelve months.
