Description - Description: The Icelandic Road and Costal Administration (IRCA) requests bids for construction of a work that contains construction of landfills and sea wall for the construction of a new bridge over Fossvogur. The project is part of the 1st phase o f the City Line and development for a development area in Skerjafjörður.
