Description - The contracting authorities wish to enter into multiple framework agreements with three contractors covering three types of services:— language teaching and assessment in French, German, Italian and Spanish— short courses on specific subjects in English or French— ad hoc language services, f .eg professional advice, advisory services and language tests for job applicants. Selected tenderers are expected to deliver language courses at level A1 to B2 in line with the CEFR. These courses must include written and oral comprehension and expressive skills in line with the CEFR framework. They must also include placement tests at the end of the course, which validate that the student is ready
