Description - Description: The Lapland Welfare Region is purchasing guarding and security services for its southwestern service area (Sea Lapland region), including separately defined guarding sites located in the cities of Kemi and Tornio and in the municipalitie s of Keminmaa, Simo, Tervola and Ylitornio. Depending on the site, the service to be purchased is local, on-demand, district or alarm guarding, or alternatively combinations of these guarding services. In addition, the tenderer is asked to indicate in its tender certain other prices and fees that are essentially related to the provision of the service.
