Description - Description: The Geospatial Research Laboratory (GRL) requires a pulsed laser for integration into a high-altitude airborne lidar sensor. The laser will be used as the illumination source in the sensor transmitter subsystem and must have high efficie ncy, low power consumption, and be able to operate successfully within the environmental constraints and performance requirements. The pulsed laser will be used as a transmitter in a lidar sensor which will be designed and built at GRL to fulfill the ELS3D project’s mission. The laser has specific characteristics which were not able to be met in any products by any identified vendor except the PYFL-M01-LP-060-004-050-1064-TO-ET1- PM14D-C1 laser
