Description - Description: The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to create a shortlist of suitably qualified and experienced design consultants to design the upgrade of WaterMarc and 1 Flintoff as a combined electrified precinct.The successful consul tant will be appropriately experienced and resourced to undertake the design for the electrification of WaterMarc & 1 Flintoff Offices located at 1 Flintoff Street, Greensborough.The project will establish WaterMarc and 1 Flintoff as a combined and electrified thermal precinct.
