Description - 1. Purpose The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the Leander Lift Station I mprovements and Gravity Relief Main. This solicitation has two plan sets but will be bid on as one project. 2.
