Description - Description: The contracting authority wishes to be able to lease vehicles on the basis of full operational lease (including related insurances), whereby the term of the additional lease agreements is at least sixty (60) months. The expectation is th at the average mileage per year (10,000 to 15,000 kilometres per vehicle) will remain the same.
