Description - Description: As a result of the flooding and heavy rain events in the summer of 2021, there was considerable damage to various buildings, infrastructure and the like. The services include general advice on procurement, construction and contract law a s well as (in each case in accordance with the service description in cooperation with the client) the preparation of the tender documents and the preparation and implementation of tendering procedures including the preparation of the award notes in connection with the removal of the damage caused by the heavy rain and flood disaster in July 2021 and follow-up measures in connection with these tendering procedures.
