Description - The purpose of this Contract is for the missions of bailiffs and commissioners of justice within the framework of the Rugby World Cup France 2023. The administrative and technical clauses of this contract are detailed in the CCP. the Contract takes t he form of a multi-awardee framework agreement (3 per lot), with no minimum in value or quantity and with a maximum in overall value of 90,000 euros excluding VAT. The maximum number of successful bidders for each lot is set at 3, if the number of tenders received allows it. Failing this, the Contract will be executed, per Lot, in the form of a single-attribute Framework Agreement.
