Description - Description: The North Savo welfare area must organize statutory rescue and first aid services in its area. Rescue service production is guided by the Rescue Act, the regulations issued under which require time- and resource-specific operational read iness for effective rescue operations. The areas of Leppävirta and Sorsakoski city center form a risk area II, where effective rescue operations must be started within 10 minutes. The operating time requirement based on the regulations requires that the rescue station be located in the vicinity of the Leppävirta settlement with good transport connections.The project will be implemented using a rental model, in which the North Savo welfare area
