Description - Description: The subject of the contract concerns the purchase of level 1 desk services. The service provider will be responsible for the helpdesk and also on-site operations such as equipment installation, management and routing of stocks. EDF RENEW ABLES wishes to select a service provider that can adapt to a changing context from the point of view of the geographical scope of support operations. The contract is not allocated. Allocating this contract would make it technically difficult and financially more expensive for its proper execution, also exposing the Company to difficulties in organization, management and coordination. The contract is concluded for four firm years, renewable twice
