Description - Description: The following work essentially needs to be carried out: approx. 19,000 m2 of total area to be processed, demolished and cleared (mostly unpaved areas). Clearing work: approx. 4,500 m2 of grass and weeds to be mown and cleared and approx. 5,300 m2 of bushes and a few trees to be cleared (wide or selective clearing). Earthworks: approx. 11,000 m3 of soil to be removed and added, the terrain to be levelled, remodelled and approx. 7,000 tonnes of excavated earth to be disposed of, and approx. 2,100 m3 of topsoil to be delivered and added.
