Description - Description: Design services for the renovation and expansion of the existing Oaks Hall building located on SCC's main campus in Jackson County. Oaks Hall is a 27,000 square foot two-story structure built in 1970 that will be renovated and expanded a pproximately 22,000 Square Foot that will centralize the library on the main campus, add faculty office space (approximately 24 offices), meeting rooms, elevator, classrooms, and a dedicated parking area. The renovation will remedy infrastructure issues, electrical capacity, and mechanical systems.
