Description - With this quotation process and the resulting agreement, the ODH aims to lawfully conclude a multi-year service agreement for the execution of permits, assessment and supervision of applications relating to BRIKS: Construction, Advertising, Entrance, Felling, Demolition. The aim is to have one high-quality provider that provides the requested services in a professional and efficient manner. As previously indicated, the Haaglanden Environmental Service (ODH) is responsible for carrying out the statutory environmental tasks on behalf of the Province of South Holland. There are 17 provincial companies. On average, we receive eight to ten provincial permit applications per year.
