Description - Description: The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) is seeking the service of an Offeror toprepare, install, remove and maintain a stock of light strings on an annual basis at varioussites in Ottawa and Gatineau along Confederation Boulevard. The Offeror will be requiredto prepare all the light strings, bulbs and support equipment, perform the installation,maintain the lighting while installed, remove the lighting and store it for the duration of theStanding Offer. PCH will supply all light bulbs and strings.At the time of solicitation closing, the Offeror must have all required permits to work in theprovinces of Ontario and Quebec.The offer will cover the Winter Lights Across Canada (WLA
