Description - Description: provision of service A consisting in the transport of postal items, freight items (i.e. pallets), the content of which may be SENT items or dangerous goods within the meaning of art. 2 item 4) of the Act of 19 August 2011 on the transpor t of dangerous materials, permitted for transport under the conditions specified in the Regulations for the provision of services, within the framework of which the Contractor is obliged to accept the items for transport at the place and time specified in the Schedule of the implementation of Service A and to issue them at the places and times specified in this annex.
