Description - Description: The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain pricing from Vendors to furnish Liquid Asphalt to the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) for all counties located within each of the fourteen (14) divisions. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the “Effective Date”) or July 1, 2025, whichever is later.
