Description - The purpose of the contract is the establishment of a listening and alert line (LEA) set up within the ministries responsible for social affairs, i.e. the collection, analysis and assessment of reports from public officials applying for recruitment b y social ministries or reporting to these ministries for their administrative management as long as the said reports evoke situations of discrimination, moral and/or sexual harassment as well as facts constituting sexist behavior .
