Description - Description: The City of Waco (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide litter collectionservices for the City Landfill MSW 2400 (“Landfill”). The scope includes collecting litter from thestreets in a 2-mile radius of the landfill and within the Landfill property. A map of the streets wherelitter collection is required is attached (Attachment A).
