Description - Description: THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for the Litt le Lake Maintenance Dredging project. This project includes routine dredging to address shoaling and sedimentation in the Little Lake Harbor in Newberry, MI. Material removed will be placed nearshore for beach nourishment. Tasks are expected to include mobilizing dredge to Little Lake harbor, placement of dredged material in nearshore area east of the breakwater as outlined in Water Quality Certification (WQC), and demobilization when complete.
