The overall primary objectives of the project implementation and construction supervision (PICS) services are to provide project implementation assistance and professional services to the Lao Government for the Vientiane S ustainable Urban Transport Project (VSUTP), after the consultant services (PIC) ended at the end of December 2024 with initial support during January-July 2025 by individual consultants.
