Description - Description: During the LARP implementation the lawyer shall follow the requirements set by the RA Law on Alienation of the Property for Prevailing Public Interest (Law) and all related laws of the Republic of Armenia, ADB Safeguard Policy Statement 2009 (SPS 2009) and Project’s LARF, as well as the Government Decree approving the LARP for Isakov-Arshakunyats Road Link.The lawyer along with lRS will act as a link between PIU and APs and will assist PIU in full implementation of LARP, supporting the APs during the resettlement and rehabilitation process and shall ensure that all of the provisions of the legalization and income restoration programs are implemented appropriately and effective
