Description - Description: This Terms of Reference is for the Gender Specialist (the Consultant) of the PIU. The Consultant shall work closely with the EAs, PRF and TA consultants, ADB, Lands division, provincial/district officials and ward development committees and other stakeholders. The Consultant will be stationed in Port Moresby but is expected to visit DOWH regional offices in Mount Hagen, Vanimo, Wewak, and Lae and travel to proposed new roads sites, as necessary.
