Description - Description: The municipality of Zevenaar (hereinafter: ‘the Client’) wants to implement a local insulation approach in line with action line 1 of the NIP. The aim of this is to help owner-occupiers with a low WOZ value and a poorly insulated hom e to make their homes more sustainable.
