Description - Description: Neath Port Talbot Council have successfully secured funding from the National Heritage Lottery under Local Places for Nature to work collaboratively with the NHS to improve and enhance the grounds surrounding the mental health facility a t Swn-Yr-Afon, Seven Sisters. To this end, we are seeking to procure a contractor to construct and deliver a green roof outdoor structure using a steel frame, timber cladding and a green roof consisting of wildflower planting.
