Description - Description: The United States Embassy in Mexico City seeks companies that provide daily print and electronic media news summaries by an agreed-upon number of Mexican media outlets for one (1) base year with four (4) option years. The Government is p lanning a Pre-Proposal Conference , the date will be in the solicitation. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors are required to be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration
