Description - Description: The outcome of this tender should deliver sufficient and complete information for installing full Digital Automatic Coupling (DAC) equipment on a locomotive type, consisting of couplers, e-couplers, data/ communication system and power a uxiliary unit for providing energy across a DAC train.
