Description - Description: The Caretaker’s house at Lowell Lake State Park is a wood framed building approximately 61’x29’ with a corrugated metal roof which has reached the end of its life span. The Department of Forests, Parks, & Recreation (FPR) is seekin g a Contractor to remove and replace the existing roof with new standing seam roofing.
