Description - Description: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) modification to Lockheed Martin Corporation-Missiles Fire Control (LMMFC) against Basic Ordering Ag reement (BOA) N00019-19-G-0011, Delivery Order N00019-23-F-0003.
