Description - Description: The project is generally described as the demolition and removal of the existing roof systems as required to expose the existing structural deck. The work includes providing a completely, function, and watertight new elastic membrane roo fing systems including all insulation (polysio rigid and sloped insulation), membrane, flashings, metal flashings, gutters and downspouts, and related component parts for the EPDM rubber roof areas.
