Description - Description: This concerns the cleaning maintenance of 11 tenants/users who fall under the management of the Client (approximately 39,500 m2). Due to the expiring Agreement with AKN, the obligation to tender the Assignment in Europe, the efficient us e of community funds and the desire of the Contracting Authority to conclude one Framework Agreement with one Contractor for the tenants of the Client, it has been decided to start this Tender Procedure.
