Description - The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed price incentive five-year requirements contract to General Dynamics Land Systems Inc. (cage code: 7W356). This action is for the procur ement of an estimated quantity of 266 Full Rate Production (FRP) M10 Booker Combat Vehicles, an estimated quantity of 31 refurbishment M10 Booker Combat Vehicles, and ancillary services supporting FRP. This action will not be competed, in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service
