Description - Description: As part of its early childhood competence, the Urban Community is responsible for the reception of early childhood from 0 to 6 years: creation, development and management of crèches, daycare centers, relays for childminders and other re ception structures of early childhood. The early childhood development plan provides for the rehabilitation of equipment including the Early Childhood building located Rue Pas de Grains - 83170 BRIGNOLES, subject of this contract. The project consists of redeveloping the building in order to accommodate on the 1st floor the Halte-Garderie "La Récréation" whose approval is for 18 children with a maximum number of 20 children taken into account.
