Description - Description: The contract covers the preventive and curative maintenance in operational condition of the printing systems of the operations group and the auxiliary equipment acquired by the Bouches-du-Rhône departmental fire and rescue service (SDIS 13), and in particular: - management of the cost per page of this equipment, which includes: o consumables (except paper) and their delivery; o maintenance, which includes the supply of all parts needed to fully restore the system to service (toner(s), drum(s), transfer and cleaning unit, staples, all other consumables or wear parts included), labor and travel; o supply and maintenance of the printer administration software installed on the SDIS
