Description - Description: The services ordered in this specification concern the maintenance of structures, waterways, wetlands and other aquatic environments belonging to or under the management of the Oise-Aisne Agreement. These interventions will be planned fo r the most part annually or multi-annually.The services relate to the routine maintenance of waterways and other wetlands and aquatic environments, other services ordered may occur following a meteorological event that has caused the flow to malfunction.
