Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide maintenance and cleaning services for the Auguste DELAUNE stadium. It will be concluded with a single economic operator. This framework agreement is established for a period of 36 mon ths from its notification date and no earlier than January 1, 2025. Without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 38 et seq. of the CCAG-FCS, it may be terminated on each anniversary date by decision of the public purchaser notified to the holder by letter/email with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the end of the current period.
