Description - Description: Each lot will be awarded separately. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The objective of this contract is to ensure that the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) installations of around a hundred community b uildings are maintained in good condition: offices, nurseries, swimming pools, sports halls, cultural facilities, business incubators, etc. The equipment to be maintained includes gas boilers, biomass boilers, heat pumps, air handling units, etc. This contract includes: - A P2 service for routine maintenance and servicing of equipment, - A P3GT (Total Guarantee) service to replace all defective parts over the duration of the contract, - A P3 GER
