Description - Description: This market relates to a framework agreement with a single company relating to the annual maintenance, both borne by the tenant and the owner and the possible repairs of central heating facilities in housing of the Central and Cultural A ction Office From the Ministry of Defense (hereinafter OCASC) to Bierset and Grâce-Hollogne whose list is taken up in the appendix. The work also includes the replacement of health facilities, at the request of the contracting authority.
