Description - Description: Maintenance of the BMS (building management system) in the German Museum in Nuremberg, with a maximum term of 4 years.System description:The building automation center is a Siemens Desigo CC (software) that processes and stores all BMS d ata on a server (Dell PowerEdge T440). All components (ISPs) are connected vertically across the floors of the building via an independent fiber optic network. The fiber optic switch is on the 3rd floor (ISP 1).In the 'technology' office on the 4th floor there is a BMS operator station with a mini desktop, monitor, keyboard and mouse. Client software (Siemens Desigo CC) is installed on this computer, which can be used to operate all BMS systems.T
