Description - Maintenance dredging work on the access channel to the port of Audierne. Single lot which takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum and a single economic operator pursuant to articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 a s well as articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code The duration of the framework agreement is set at 2 years from its notification, renewable automatically once for the same duration, i.e. 4 years the maximum duration of execution . The minimum and maximum annual amounts of the framework agreement are set as follows: Minimum amount over 2 years: 400,000.00 euros excluding tax; Maximum amount over 2 years: 1,200,000.00 euros
