Description - Description: This tender includes maintenance work on fire alarm systems at 23 municipal properties.The tender is awarded in lots. The bidder does not have to bid on all lots. Each lot is considered individually for the award of the contract.The lots are divided according to manufacturer type (Hekatron / Siemens / Bosch / Esser).The fire alarm systems are inspected in accordance with DIN 14675, DIN VDE 0833-1 and DIN VDE 0833-2. The inspection interval is quarterly. The fire alarm systems should be maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions and at least once a year following an inspection.This is a contract with a total term of 3 years (quarter 2 / 2025 to quarter 1 / 2028).loca
