Description - Description: Summary of the contract: The purpose of the contract is to provide maintenance services for green spaces and grass sports areas in the City of Faches-Thumesnil. In accordance with articles L.2123-1 1°) and R.2123-1 1°) of the public pr ocurement code, the contract is awarded by adapted procedure with the possibility of negotiations. This is a single-award framework agreement which will be executed by issuing purchase orders.To promote employment and encourage integration, the town of Faches-Thumesnil has, under article L2113-13, chosen to reserve lot 2 for integration structures through economic activity mentioned in Article L. 5132-4 of the Labor Code and equivalent structures
