Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide regulatory maintenance services relating to mechanical ventilation installations in some of the car parks operated by METPARK. This is a mixed-price contract which includes: - An ordinary part w ith fixed-price services for maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance. - A framework agreement part with purchase orders for additional services and all other interventions and repairs which do not fall within the scope of the fixed price, so-called curative maintenance services for a maximum amount of 250,000 euros excluding tax for the duration of the contract including renewal.
