Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to provide regulatory maintenance services relating to mechanical ventilation installations in some of the car parks operated by METPARK.This is a mixed-price contract which includes:- An ordinary part wit h fixed-price services for maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance.- A framework agreement part with purchase orders for additional services and all other interventions and repairs that do not fall within the scope of the fixed price, so-called curative maintenance services for a maximum amount of €250,000 excluding tax for the duration of the contract including renewal.The services expected under the contract are detailed in the Spe
